Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: £1,000 (refundable)
- CDW Waiver: Reduce excess to £500 for £35/night or £200 for £55/night. Does not cover rear-end, overhead, or negligence damage.
- Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled more than 45 days before hire; no refund within 45 days.
- Cleaning Fee: £95 if returned unwashed or with unemptied toilet cassette.
- Fuel & LPG: Full-to-full policy – return with full diesel/petrol and LPG bottle.
