Yes—pets welcome with a £50 fee (max 2 pets). Use protective bedding to keep the interior clean and they must not go on the furniture.

If you cancel your booking more than 42 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date, 50% of the total booking value will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
2. Cancellation Within 41 Days of Departure
If you cancel your booking less than 41 days before your scheduled pick-up date, 100% of the total booking value will be retained and no refund will be issued.

Mon–Fri: Collect from 14:00–18:00, Return by 11:00;
Sat: Collect 12:00–13:00, Return by 10:00;
Sun & BH: Closed.

All named drivers present, full driving licence, NI number (UK), proof of address, and payment card for the deposit hold.

A £1500 security deposit is required; this is taken from your booking card 3 days before your booking. It can be reduced with optional collision damage waivers.
